Payment terms - cancellation policy
Booking shall be done by email, inquiry form, fax or phone call. When we confirm the room availability payment shall be made.
Unless prior credit arrangement have been made, we require full payment for all booking at least 30 days before check in.

When you wire the payment please kindly pay the bank charges (communication and commission charges, etc.) at your side. And please fax us the bank wire copy so we could check our account.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be informed as early as possible. However in any case it should be done according to the following:

| 1 to 5 | 7 days prior to arrival |
| 6 to 15 | 14 days prior to arrival |
| 16 to 30 | 30 days prior ro arrival |
| Over 30 | 45 days prior ro arrival |
Cancellation charges depend on the season and room reservation/availability condition. We will let you know the details when we confirm your booking.
Walk in at the hotel
Walk in clients shall pay using Thai Baht cash money or credit cards. We accept Master and Visa cards.
